Mindful Self-Reflection Tools

Turn any AI conversation into a beautiful, actionable report.

Reflectify runs a disciplined, structured interview in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI chat tool you love to use. Instead of a rambling chat log, you get a polished, print-worthy report you can export as a PDF or share as a screenshot.

At the end of your interview, the AI generates a structured JSON summary. Simply drop or paste the JSON file directly into Reflectify.

3. Generate & Share Your Report

Instantly render an executive-grade reflection summary with score breakdowns, skill radar, quotes, and milestone timelines. Export it as a PDF or PNG to keep, print, or share.

Your privacy: the interview runs on the AI chat tool you choose, but the report itself is generated entirely in your browser and never leaves your device. Export it as a PDF or PNG and it's yours to keep.

Joseph Hill, creator of Reflectify
Why I built this

Reflection is a gift. I built tools to make it easy to give it to yourself.

I built Reflectify out of my own practice. Life moves fast, and I found that without a regular check-in, the weeks blur together and the important moments quietly slip by. So I created a way to slow down and really listen to myself, one thoughtful question at a time.

These tools helped me see my own patterns more clearly, celebrate what was going well, and gently face what needed attention. The more I used them, the more I wanted to share them. I hope they help you go a little deeper into how you are feeling and doing, and shine a light on the parts of your life that matter most.
