Privacy Policy

Reflectify is a static, client-side suite of tools. There is no account, no sign-up, and no backend server that this site talks to. This page explains exactly what that means for your data, and what our analytics provider collects.
Your reflection data
The prompt you copy, the AI conversation you have about your reflection, and the JSON file you upload or paste all stay in your browser. Reflectify never sends this content to a server — there isn't one. Parsing the JSON, rendering your report card, and exporting it as a PNG or PDF all happen locally on your device. When you close or reload the tab, that data is gone unless you've saved the exported file yourself.
Analytics
We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand overall site traffic — things like how many people visit and which pages are popular. Fathom is built to be privacy-first:
- It does not use cookies, and no cookie consent banner is required.
- It does not track you across different websites.
- It does not collect or store personal data, and your IP address is processed only briefly to derive an approximate country/region — it is never logged or stored.
- It reports aggregated metrics only, such as page views, referrers, general location (country-level), device type, browser, and screen size. No individual visitor profiles are created.
Fathom is GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant. You can read more in Fathom's own privacy policy.
Local storage & cookies
Reflectify itself does not set any cookies and does not use
browser local storage or session storage to track you. Fonts and
scripts used to render the app are loaded from this site
(vendored) except for the Fathom analytics script above, which is
loaded from cdn.usefathom.com.
Third parties
The only third-party request this site makes is to load the Fathom analytics script. We do not use advertising networks, social media trackers, or any other third-party embeds.
